Book Reviews

  • Sharon Johnson- Excellent presentation of history which included many photos and stories of a Tacoma in years past.
  • Linda Marsh- What a wonderful book!
  • James Herington- Some pretty good stories surrounding the History of Seattle. Several murders are covered, from the past and present. Even a few suicides are featured from the writing hand of Teresa Nordheim. An author and book I highly recommend.
  • Tony Kief- Teresa Nordheim has given us a interesting and enlightening history of Seattle. I had no idea it was so down and dirty. I read this relatively quickly as it was really interesting. I met her at the bookstore for a signing and I’m glad I went. It left me wanting more.
  • Kurt Shaffer- Being from Washington State, I was intrigued about a book relating to Seattle. The first half of this quick read book was interesting from the perspective of the early history of Seattle. I found in the latter half of the book, the reality of what evil, humans are capable of, was a bit hard to stomach.
